Return Policy

WHILE WE ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU WITH REPAIRS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All products will be tested prior to shipping to ensure they are in proper working order when they leave our premises.

We are not responsible for damage that may occur in transit or once they are received.

Please do not ship back products without prior authorization from Mil-Spec Airsoft.

Non-authorized return or warranty claims will not be processed. Return and warranty requests must be made in writing via e-mail to admin@milspecairsoft.com for authorization before returning any item.

Cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our warranty and return policy.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

BB's, upgrade parts, upgraded guns, accessories and batteries are not returnable.

There are no warranties, explicit or implied, provided for accessories.

For items that carry a warranty, improper use and removal of orange tip voids all warranties.
